Peach offer both traditional (PABX) telephone systems and software / cloud-based solutions. We can offer advice on what the best solution for you is, accounting for your budget and which services are available in your area (e.g. broadband speeds).
Hosted Telephony
An ideal solution, for small numbers of remote users, and micro businesses. Hosted telephony will provide a very small amount of initial outlay, with subsidised hardware and inclusive call packages.
Telephone Lines
Peach can provide all forms of fixed line telephony, standard analogue PSTN lines (required for most broadband connections), ISDN2 and ISDN30 connections. All planning, surveys and order management is provided by us.
Broadband / Leased Lines
We provide standard broadband, FTTC (Fibre to the cabinet), FTTP (Fibre to the premises), FTTPOD (On demand), Leased lines 100mb > 1Gb circuits, Temporary 4G connections and special service connections.
Network Cabling / Fibre
25 Year manufacturer-based warranty on all new CAT5e / CAT6 / CAT6A certified installations. Survey, plan, install and certification. We also install fibre backbone and offer fibre repairs on both single and multimode fibres using the latest fibre fusion splicing equipment.
Security / CCTV
Supply and Installation of Hikvision CCTV equipment, door entry systems and door access control.
Music On Hold
Professional studio-recorded announcements for voicemail, automated attendants, messaging on hold and call queue announcements.
Call Recording
