Traditional Maintenance cover
Peachcomms can provide traditional maintenance cover on a variety of systems. from as little as one hundred pounds a year, we can give peace of mind and professional assistance should any thing go wrong.
The price for cover is dependant on the system it self, any additional peripheral equipment attached to it and number of handsets etc.
Basic cover is an eight hour call out time during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Premium cover provides 24 hour call out 7 days a week with response times as low as 3 hours. A set amount of remote changes are also part of all levels of cover as well as unlimited telephone support.
Labour only cover.
As the term implies, this will cover for labour only. A block of hours are purchased from our selves at the beginning of the agreement. These hours can be used for whatever work you deem necessary, from repairs to additional cabling etc. Time is calculated from the time we arrive at site to the time we depart. A sheet is provided for your authorisation signature and statements are provided each month specifying work done and hours remaining. Any replacement parts or materials are charged at cost.
If the hours are not used by the end of the term they will be rolled over into the following year. This cover provides better use of capital and also implies no legal constraints.
