Recorded telephone calls are used to retrieve agreements that were made, to improve safety issues or to account for one's actions. All this can be done with the Call Recorder PRI which can simultaneously record telephone and fax traffic of all channels on ISDN15, ISDN20 or ISDN30 line bundles. In addition to the recording some important data is recorded such as internal and external telephone numbers, the exact date and time and duration of the call. The capacity of the internal hard disk is up to 27600 hours of telephone calls. These can be retrieved and listened to using either the recorder's keyboard or the network. The built-in CD recorder automatically allows you to create backups of all recordings on CD, which can be played back on any PC.

Sense Multi Line Call Recording Systems

Sense is available as a standalone recording system with cube, tower or rack mount server/PC or as a module in other companies' systems and programmes, adding value and telephony functionality. Sense is different because it includes Call Analyser software enabling the user to drill down from identifying activity at a particular extension to listening to individual calls.
